STEP 01
Schedule a Consultation!
Ready to start planning? During your consultation, you’ll choose your menu and service options tailored to your event.
A $50 non-refundable consultation fee is required in advance and will be applied toward your total balance if you move forward with our services.
Consultations are available via phone, virtual meeting, or in person—whichever is most convenient for you.

STEP 02
Receive/Approve the Estimate!
After your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed estimate outlining all services, applicable fees, and any eligible discounts.
A $25 non-refundable estimate fee will be added to your final balance and is applied only if you choose to move forward with us.
Once you review and approve the estimate, we’ll begin finalizing the details for your event.
STEP 03
Sign the Contract and receive your Invoice!
To move forward, all required paperwork must be reviewed and signed. Once the contract is completed, you’ll receive an official invoice outlining your selected services and remaining balance.
This step secures your booking and allows us to begin preparing for your event with confidence.
STEP 04
Make a Deposit!!!
To officially reserve your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required. Please note: your date is not secured until the deposit has been received.
Once the deposit is made, your booking will be confirmed, and we’ll begin preparing for your special day.
