Hello and Welcome to Bordeaux Fine Catering. My name is Darien Bordeaux. I am the Chef and Owner of Bordeaux Fine Catering. I was born in Rochester, NY. It was there that my passion for cooking became an everlasting love of food. 

I have been cooking for as long as I can remember. Growing up, the kitchen has always been a vibrant place where my grandmother’s laughter filled the air, as she instilled in me a deep appreciation and love for cooking. Passing down traditions and recipes in our family that are still being used today.
